Arctic Wolf puts its reputation on the line with a US$1m ‘Security Operations Warranty’ Featured

Arctic Wolf’s International customers gain access to financial support to help address the last mile of cyber risk and provide financial and business protection.

Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, today announced the expansion of its Arctic Wolf Security Operations Warranty, the industry’s most comprehensive cybersecurity solution warranty, to eligible customers in Europe and Australia / New Zealand (ANZ). This revolutionary benefit provides qualifying Arctic Wolf customers with fully underwritten financial assistance of up to US$1 million in the event they experience a major cybersecurity incident.

Recent research published by Arctic Wolf revealed that 40% of organisations currently lack comprehensive cyber insurance, and that the majority of organisations that do have an active cyber policy believe it would not fully cover the costs associated with a major cyber incident. Arctic Wolf developed its Security Operations Warranty to help its customers address these cyber risk gaps by automatically providing an additional layer of financial resilience.

Companies are facing shifting business resilience requirements across ANZ, and vendors are increasingly launching product and service warranties to help customers bridge the cyber insurance gap.

The SOW has been available to customers in North America for the past 18 months, without a single claim being made.
