Hey Product Hunters! I’m Mason, one of the co-founders of Motiv. 👋

I’m so excited to join the Product Hunt fam and share the launch of our platform. 🎉

To give you some background, our goal at Motiv is to streamline the hiring process. Making the entire experience more personalized and efficient. My co-founder and I often laugh, but the first question we usually get asked is; “How are you guys any different from other platforms?”. And since you guys are probably wondering, I figured I’d address it. Lol

Platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others are just job boards. They are responsible for sourcing candidates and connecting with a company’s ATS (applicant tracking software). But by being separate, these are where the issues arise. By applying through a company’s ATS - candidates must gamify their resumes, manually upload their information, and are often ghosted. And while ATS systems keep resumes organized - recruiters are still drowning in work. Reviewing hundreds of applications, having trouble vetting candidates, and searching for more efficient methods. But have yet to find one.

This is where Motiv comes in. Motiv wants to challenge the status quo by combing a job board and ATS. Not having them be separate from each other.

By combining the two - candidates can now connect with jobs they fit best with, apply in seconds, and receive live updates on their hiring status. Recruiters can also be more consistent in sourcing great talent, vetting that talent for positional and culture fit, and reducing all the little inefficiencies in hiring. Freeing up more time to focus on talent.

While we’re super excited, we know this is just the beginning! 😉
