为啥我的 Chrome 经常很多插件崩溃，或者 Chrome 直接崩溃，折磨

设备：MBP 2020 M1
经常性（尤其在盒盖一晚上第二天到公司打开电脑），出现很多 Chrome 插件崩溃 /损坏。
例如 1password 的 Chrome 插件，三天两头就损坏一次需要重新安装，其他的插件也是
还有就是 Chrome 会突然所有网页打不开，都显示阿欧，页面崩溃了，只能 command + Q 彻底退出 Chrome 然后重启 Chrome 。
还有有时候会所有文字都变成了黑色框中间有个叉，然后 Chrome 就崩溃了，只能重启。
个人怀疑，是不是因为公司的网络问题导致崩溃？公司每天都要新登陆一次内网才能上网，经常都是早上去发生各种崩溃？
有没有什么排查的思路？
