红米 K40， MIUI 13 升级到 MIUI 14 后，任何 APP 来通知均不会亮屏

1 、通知选项全局、局部全部开启；
2 、售后电话已经打过四次，按照指引操作、更新固件均失败；
3 、去小米售后无法解决（只能刷机尝试，因为安装软件较多，资料较多，遂放弃）；
4 、网上搜索，此类情况时有发生，但都没有解决方案。
不知道大家用 MIUI 系统的升级后是否遇到类似情况，有没有成功解决的，不胜感激，鞠躬！！！
