据 IT 之家 6 月 5 日消息，近期，刘慈欣在做客俞敏洪直播间时表示，ChatGPT 肯定会对人类的生存方式、对社会造成很大的影响，但这种影响还达不到科幻小说里面那样人工智能统治人类等。目前的影响都是很现实的，比如可能会代替相当多的人的工作。刘慈欣还透露，自己在科幻大会上的其中一两个稿子，就是那 GPT 写出来的，自己实在没时间了，写得也挺好。
