Hello Friends, I have Ruancheng 8G 128G 2 DIN A8 7 "After restoring the factory settings, no sound settings in the system, the volume buttons do not work despite the configuration and saving the settings. I am asking for a link to the original recovery of the company that covers 3.7 GB and is installed by 4 -Pine USB connector. Regards and thank you.

Curious since you have the unit open can you check the antenna connections?, some of the videos I watched show that these units antennas are not solder correctly to the chip, my unit suffers from poor antenna reception even with the supplied antennas attached, my hotspot box can be right next to the unit and not receive 5 WiFi bars, and the 4g antenna forget about that, unless I’m in the city literally in the vicinity of a cell tower. I won’t get any connection from T-Mobile. I’m not good with disassembling electronics. Otherwise I would attempt to disassemble it myself, I wouldn’t even know where to start.

So the antenna is soldered to the board for the 5ghz wifi and uses an sma female connector, so you have a picture of the back of your unit? I think I could help you get a better signal.

Hey guys I could really use some help. I am new to all of this but have been trying to find my specific model unsuccessfully.

PlatformVER:K48-2022/06/27[12:24:54]-v0.01_R_DSP
Ruancheng 9” A6 4G 32G AI.
Often when I power on the car the screen just shows a black/grey blank but bt music will come on. I have to stick poke the reset button.
I am wondering if I need to update? What software do I use?
Also interested in rooting?
Apologize for being super noob. I have been trying to find files for this specific one because I am not sure if slight variations in names will end up bricking mine if I try using those files. Deeply appreciate any help!

I agree with you, mine in case I can't update the system, it starts to do it but then gives an error and enters the boot screen again and that's it.
I also tried to do the full update when it reaches 45% for everything and restarts, I don't know what else to do.

The seller told me to not use the update.zip file via the System setup menu to update, instead, copy the Update folder in the zip content to the root directory of the USB stick, and reboot the unit. The unit is supposed to boot up from the USB.
