微众银行真的过分，推销贷款的电话天天打，一天好几个，下班还打，周末刚才又接一个。
现在用的是腾讯手机管家的防骚扰电话，但没办法提交骚扰电话（而且他们算是一家的吧）
- 有没有更强的防骚扰电话的 App
- 有没有能给骚扰电话设规则的，比如我收到的都是
13296397\d{3}。
现在的黑名单只能一个个提，也不想提到 iOS 系统的黑名单（那里仅有数个已知号码，希望区分）。 - 有没有能方便提交举报，大家群策群力一起防骚扰的。
