地址栏输入 chrome://flags/
搜索 Tab Scrolling
选择 Enabled - Tabs shrinked to a medium width(之间选择 Enabled 没有效果因为没固定宽度)
启用后当标签页过多滚动滚轮就可以 你也可以设置成其他宽度
