日野汽车排放造假导致业绩亏惨，将与三菱扶桑卡合并研发电动技术
5 月 30 日消息，据朝日新闻报道，日本大型卡车制造商日野汽车今日宣布，与三菱扶桑卡客车就合并达成协议。
去年，日野被曝出发动机燃油效率和尾气排放造假，导致公司业绩表现大幅下滑。截至 2023 年 3 月的财年年报显示，由于对客户和零部件制造商的赔偿等超额亏损因素的影响，日野汽车净亏损创下 1176 亿日元（当前约 59.27 亿元人民币）的历史新高，目前公司正处于业务重建期。
根据官方最新公告，在新组建的公司中，日野的母公司丰田汽车和三菱扶桑的母公司戴姆勒汽车将持有相等份额的股权，各方目标在明年年底前完成整合。
根据协议，双方将在商用车开发、采购和生产领域展开合作。而考虑到商用车行业也需要在电气化、自动驾驶、互联网汽车等领域进行巨额投资，预计双方将共同合作推进脱碳技术和电动汽车的研发。
