时间设置不合理
科技馆，体育馆一些公共项目的票都是 24:00 开抢，这个时间时间设置没有做到以人为本。 -
票出来就秒光
政府有时候会发一些免费票，但是热门的票，基本上就是出来就无。（我甚至怀疑是黄牛）以前同事做过政府项目，告诉我说服务器时间会早个几秒，提前设置手机时间，进去抢。
为什么不做成开始预约后 X 分钟的申请统一进入池子，池子摇号。
政府消费优惠券也是这个情况，秒光。
抢抢抢，什么都抢，整个社会节奏已经够快的了，大家已经够焦虑了。
摇号的随机性可以从福彩或者当天股市收盘指数等公共信息作为种子
