"Thank you for tuning in and checking out our product! If you have any ideas, questions, perspectives, or just a plain thumbs up, please let us know! We have been running way too long down this road to just turn back, so we better nail it with your help!"
Hi everyone,
I am Valdemar, 23 years old and new in the Product Hunt Community. My partner and I are on a mission to change the way we think about social gatherings when we are with our friends.
Often, we have experienced sitting with our friends, in a festive mood, and as the evening progresses, everyone is up for doing something and meeting new people. The usual go-to option is hitting the town and hoping for the best. However, from our experience, nights out rarely end well. They often involve long queues and lack of space unless you surrender to the noise and meaningless chit-chat of nightclubs.
SWING aims to address this issue and make it easier for groups of friends to either create an event where they can invite guests or find other group's exciting gatherings. The app design focuses on aligning expectations, ensuring the best possible chances for a match to become a memorable experience, rather than just fading away like an empty inbox, as it is often known to happen in the swiping world of dating.
The app is an MVP, but I guarantee that there are plenty of exciting features planned down the roadmap, waiting to be developed. I genuinely hope that you will join us on this journey, and provide your valuable input and perspectives along the road.
Best regards, Valdemar!
