金十数据5月28日讯，胜宏科技5月28日在互动平台表示，公司专业从事高密度印制线路板的研发、生产和销售，主要产品有高端多层板、HDI板等。产品最终广泛应用于亚马逊、微软、思科、Facebook、谷歌、三星、英特尔、英伟达、AMD等国内外众多知名品牌。公司产品应用于AI服务器、GPU卡、自动驾驶、新能源、新型智能终端产品等下游。公司现已推出多款高阶HDI、高层高端高频高速PCB、GPU显卡PCB等多款AI服务器相关产品，可完全满足客户对高端PCB产品的需求。此外，“仿真人型机器人PCB”研发项目已完成，公司具有一定的技术储备。
