华为昇腾计算业务 CTO 周斌：华为底层算力承载 GPT-4 完全没问题
据澎湃新闻报道，5 月 26 日，在 2023 中关村论坛上，华为昇腾计算业务 CTO 周斌在接受澎湃新闻等媒体采访时表示，华为作为底层算力提供方，目前已经服务国内几十家大模型生产商，从底层技术来看，整体集群系统已经过大规模验证，承载 ChatGPT 或 GPT-4 的算力完全没问题。
