Anthropic完成4.5亿美元C轮融资

5月24日消息，当地时间周二（5月23日），人工智能初创公司Anthropic宣布获得4.5亿美元C轮融资。此轮融资由 Spark Capital 领投，谷歌、Salesforce Ventures、Sound Ventures、Zoom Ventures 等参投。在此轮融资之前，谷歌已经向 Anthropic 投资了 3 亿至 4 亿美元（当前约 28.24 亿元人民币）。
报道称，最新一轮融资使 Anthropic 的总融资额达到近 10 亿美元（当前约 70.6 亿元人民币），使其成为资金最充足的人工智能初创公司之一。该公司并未透露其估值，但消息人士称其估值接近 50 亿美元（当前约 353 亿元人民币）。
Anthropic 表示，新获得的资金将支持其继续开发包括 Claude（一个可以执行各种对话和文本处理任务的人工智能助手）在内的有用、无害和诚实的人工智能系统。
Anthropic 由 OpenAI 前高管创立，目前正与聊天机器人 ChatGPT 背后的开发商 OpenAI 展开竞争，它的 Claude 模型被视为 OpenAI GPT-4 的主要竞争对手。
