据彭博社报道，前 NBA 球星沙奎尔・奥尼尔（Shaquille O'Neal）因推广加密货币而再次被起诉。根据周二提交的一份拟议的集体诉讼，奥尼尔涉嫌在出售与其 Astrals 项目相关的 NFT 时违反了证券法。代币所有者 Daniel Harper 在向佛罗里达州南区美国地方法院提交的诉状中表示，Astrals NFT 构成了在发行和出售之前应该注册的证券。
