隆基绿能钙钛矿叠层电池转化效率达31.8%，跻身世界前三

在今日举行的SNEC 2023光伏大会上，隆基绿能宣布，近日经德国弗劳恩霍夫太阳能系统研究所（Fraunhofer ISE）权威认证报告，公司在商业级绒面CZ硅片上实现了晶硅-钙钛矿叠层电池31.8%的转换效率。该效率创造了世界前三、中国第一的纪录。此前，其团队研发的叠层电池国际权威认证效率分别于2021年和2022年突破25.7%和29.55%，均代表中国在该项电池技术领域的最高水平。
