Unlocking/rooting an A21?
Neither. It's a matter of the APN not being editable on that specific software and CSC. You could try a 3rd party app from the Play Store, to see if it gives you access to add an APN
I have tryed using one of those apps and it just didn't work. Some of them looks like scams and I just don't trust them. If there were one on G-Droid/F-Droid, I would be more quick to just try it. Seams like this should be a class action against Samsung. When I bought the phone I was able to edit APN and now I can't. When I used to travel to different countries I changed APN settings often. Thank you for trying to help. If I find a solution I will post it.
