英伟达 RTX 4060 显卡采用 AD107-400 GPU，尺寸仅有 46mm²
IT之家 5 月 22 日消息，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 显卡中使用的AD107-400 GPU 尺寸均为 146mm2，是Ada Lovelace GPU 中最小的一款，这也是 NV 多年来最小的“107”级芯片，比 GA107 和 TU117 GPU 小 27%。

根据 MEGAsizeGPU 给出的图片，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 显卡使用了完整的 AD107-400-A1 GPU 芯片，虽然英伟达没有给出具体晶体管数量，但英伟达 GeForce RTX 4060 桌面显卡已经证明与笔记本电脑 GPU 使用了几乎完全相同的配置。
该芯片预计将具有 3072 个 CUDA 内核和 8GB 的 GDDR6 显存，采用 PCIe 4.0*8 接口，在 128bit 总线接口上以 17 Gbps 的速度运行，可提供 272 GB / s 的带宽。如果算上 24MB 的二级缓存，其有效额定带宽为 453GB /s，比 RTX 3060 高 26%。
根据之前的爆料信息，NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 的 TGP 为 115W，比上一代 RTX 3060 12GB 低 35%，预计实际游戏功耗应该在 110W 左右，空闲功率额定为 7W，视频播放功率额定为 11W。
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 将于 7 月与 16GB 版本的 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 显卡一同上市。该卡的定价为 299 美元（IT之家注：国行 2399 元起），但不会有创始人版本。
