Dana P. Rowe, PCC, CPCC, CPQC

Dana P. Rowe (he/him) is a composer, author, coach, and connoisseur of chocolate and peanut butter combinations. Rising to celebrity after winning the title role in his third-grade production of Winnie-the-Pooh, Dana continues to strive for success. However, nothing compares to his greatest joy: being Dad to two incredible humans and co-grandpa to three magnificent grand-nuggets with his awesome husband, Andrew.

Dana brings 20+ of business and arts experience to his challenging and dynamic Executive Coaching, Marketing Strategies for Creative Professionals, and Leadership Training work. He is listed among the top 15 coaches in New York City by Influence Digest, and his co-authored book, "Lessons in Creativity from Musical Theatre Characters," will publish with Routledge in 2023.

Previous Clients Include Leaders from Amazon, Columbia University, Disney, Eastman School of Music, Forbes, Huffington Post, Lincoln Center Education, Merril Lynch, Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Brothers.

He has worked with leaders in both commercial and nonprofit spaces. Executives in the Arts, Banking & Finance, Media, & Telecommunications, as well as with world-class artists. He has served clients in every corner of the creative industry, including those who produce and write musicals, feature films, publish books, fill art galleries, and perform on Broadway and in London’s West End.

Dana is certified through The International Coaching Federation, PCC (Professional Certified Coach), GCC (Group Certified Coach), and received his CPCC credential from The Co-Active Training Institute. He is also a certified Positive Intelligence coach, CPQC, and is trained as a Recovery Coach through CCAR. Indiana University School of Music & The Ohio State University School of Music.

Rowe's musical theatre works are performed worldwide, and his scores for The Fix and The Witches Of Eastwick, both of which were produced in London by Sir Cameron Mackintosh, earned critical acclaim and two Olivier Award nominations for Best New Musical. The commissions he receives are supported by grants from organizations like the National Endowment for the Arts.
