Fixed it now. Did a full wipe and reinstall, including the OS, latest NikGapps and Magisk. Back to working again.

Enable developer setting (google it)
Enable usb debugging from developer setting
Flash magisk from twrp to enable root access

Call volume Clean your earphones with a toothbrush and alcohol does help a lot (personally, I use his source and build it myself, I crank the volume up in the audio mixer XML, which helps but introduces noise).
for bluetooth I connect generic bluetooth headphone do work, some complain about watches issue but for my use case do work

hi there,, I also experienced several bugs after updating to the latest version. one of the examples is that the phone application cannot run well as i mention above and signal from the operator sometimes disappears by itself (even though it was working well).

the solution is that I update all applications (especially the core application) via playstore, then restart phone
and alhamdulillah now it's running well.

IDK for sure what you mean about "the bluetooth in the car" maybe you need android auto (that you can download from playstore too) for that, but both of my TWS and bluetooth speakers are working fine
