Greetings Everyone! Over the past month, I've been using Lumen and I'm thrilled to share that I've lost 4 pounds! To help me along this journey, I turned to ChatGPT to generate daily cooking recipes. These were specifically tailored to align with Lumen’s morning recommendations on Carbs, Protein, and Fat, taking into account my allergies and my favorite cuisine - a fusion of Indian and Thai.
