请问嵌入式开发对 CPU 有要求吗？

本职前端，想学学嵌入式开发，最近准备换笔记本。现在用的 MBP ，打算换个 Windows 的，嵌入式开发比较底层，不知道用 INTEL 的 U 和 AMD 的 U 有啥区别没呢？如果没区别是不是 AMD 的好点，没有大小核问题，开虚拟机不会因为调度问题卡之类的。
