消息人士：印度政府和央行被要求恢复加密货币行业对 UPI 的访问权限
据 CoinDesk 援引消息人士报道，印度政府和央行已收到要求恢复加密货币行业对统一支付接口（UPI）访问权限的两份提案。第一份提案由印度某家交易所提出，第二份提案则是由公共政策咨询公司 Black Dot 提出，Black Dot 认为使用 UPI 可使得用户在境内进行交易从而方便监管机构和执法部门进行追踪。
另有知情人士表示，印度新成立的加密货币政策倡导组织 Bharat Web3 Association（BWA）将在未来几周内提出第三项提案。
