New Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Performance Numbers Indicates That Previous Rumors Were ‘Too Optimistic’

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

As per the timeline goes, Qualcomm will likely debut its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 at the end of this year. And so far, there have been many rumors about its performance. Interestingly, most of the earlier speculations hinted that the chipset would be a beast in terms of performance, offering around a 50% performance jump from the predecessor.

However, the latest report from Tech_Reve suggests that the chipset will just deliver standard generational upgrades. That is, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will not offer a massive jump from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Instead, it will bring around an overall 25% more performance in GPU and CPU end.
