5月12日讯，商业太空的时代正加速到来。
美国初创航天公司Vast宣布，将于SpaceX合作，搭建世界上第一座私营空间站Haven 1，预计2025年末部署。
Vast的计划是，2025年8月使用SpaceX猎鹰9火箭将Haven 1送入预定轨道，之后再使用SpaceX龙飞船，将四名航天员送入空间站。
当下项目背后唯一的资助者是Jed McCaleb，即Vast CEO。这人靠虚拟货币发了横财，身家已数十亿，目前第一笔3亿美元资金已到账，公司也向NASA递交了资金申请。
