杭州西湖旁边的山区里面，一湖之隔，一边是闹市，一边是安静的山区，在山区建一栋别野，别墅需要私有土地，没有土地，只能建别野。开车去市区又不远，有山有水有闹市。
北方太冷不考虑，南方广东广西福建海南太热不考虑，云南气候倒是很好但是太远了。
折中就是浙江杭州西湖建别野
