北京消协禁止强制关注公众号再消费：收集信息需消费者同意

最近几年，餐饮行业大规模普及了微信、支付宝等扫码点单，直接抛弃了纸质的菜单，尤其是一些较大的连锁餐馆。
这样做能减少菜单的成本指出，也能更方便的修改菜品和定价， 同时它们还有另外一个目的——让消费者扫码关注公众号，以获取用户信息，并向用户推送广告。
不过，这样却让消费者非常麻烦，尤其是一些年起较大的长辈点餐非常困难，而且过度获取用户信息也涉嫌侵权。
近日，北京市消协发文指出，经营者应通过提供多种服务方式以保障消费者选择权等合法权益，
不得强制消费者关注公众号或使用手机APP、小程序进行自助点餐或购物、缴费。
