5月10日消息，今天下午，
杭州世纪睿科控股有限公司发布公告，宣布完成了对交个朋友公司的全资收购。
这意味着，世纪睿科目前已经拥有了“交个朋友”的核心IP和相关的全部账号。
同时，世纪睿科宣布， 公司拟改名为“交个朋友股份有限公司”，对应英文名也将改为“Be Friends Holding Limited”。
有网友就此在罗永浩微博账号下留言：“交个朋友被收购了，罗老师不讲两句么？”，目前， 罗永浩尚未就此事发布观点。
