Hi Product Hunt 👋

This is our very first Product Hunt launch and we are so excited and proud to share Briefly with you all.

Meetings have been a major part of my professional life, across many roles. As a marketer, product manager, venture capitalist, and now as a founder, I often find myself in meetings all day. Whether the meetings are with customers, investors, founders, agencies, stakeholders, candidates, or my own team, critical information is shared on these calls and important decisions are made.

Note taking and managing follow-ups has always been a pain point for me. When I am the designated notetaker, I am unable to participate in discussions as I furiously type to try to capture everything. After the meeting, I painstakingly edit my notes to turn them into something shareable. I then pour over those meeting notes to create my deliverables such as product requirement docs or investment memos. Despite how hard I worked to take notes, important details and decisions would often get lost. There has to be a better way.

Which is why we built Briefly.

With Briefly, you can: 📝 transcribe your meetings in real time 📑 summarize and organize notes by topic 🎯 record action items by participant 📧 generate follow-up emails 💡 create whatever content you want from your meeting transcripts with AI

Here are some examples of how people are leveraging Briefly to be more productive: 🧠 Transforming brainstorms into Product Requirement Documents 📈 converting pitch meetings into investment memos 📄 turning client discovery meetings into proposals 📰 reimagining interviews into articles ✅ distilling user research sessions into prioritized features

We are excited to see what you create with Briefly! Our product is currently free as we get feedback from our early users. We would love for you to give it a try and let us know what you think!
