2nm新制程要来了！ 台积电即将在2024年试产

在去年底台积电推出3nm之后，业界都在猜想更新的2nm制程工艺将会什么时候亮相。来自台积电的消息表示，2nm制程工艺的技术研发正在按计划进行，预计2024年试产，2025年正式量产。
台积电的2nm工艺会是该公司第一次使用GAA晶体管工艺，技术上将提供全制程效能和功耗效率的效益。
相较于N3E，N2在相同功耗下速度增快10%-15%，或在相同速度下功耗降低25%-30%，不过晶体管密度提升就只有10-20%了。
跟之前的工艺一样，台积电2nm预计依然是苹果首发，2025年将迎来iPhone 17系列升级，处理器则会升级到A19，当然具体的架构现在还无从得知。
所以，明年我们会看到1nm制程的消息吗？未来的制程工艺会突破纳米吗？
