最近刚撸的一个 AI 工具，利用 Open AI 的 GPT API 翻译格式化的语言文件：
- 完全命令行，方便整合进 CI/CD 工具链
- 自动解析格式化语言文档
- 自动按 GPT 的最大 Token 限制分割语言文档，分开翻译后再自动合并
- 自动比对已经翻译好的文档，跳过已翻译的词条，只翻译未翻译的词条

目前只支持json格式的key-value语言文档，但是格式解析器和结构解析器都已经抽象出来，可以支持接入任意格式的文档，欢迎大家贡献！
