Framework是一家以生产模块化笔记本而闻名的厂商，旗下的Framework Laptop 13允许用户自行更换其中的主板、I/O接口和电池等多种组件。目前新款Framework Laptop 13已发布，将搭载AMD Ryzen 7040U系列APU。
新款Framework Laptop 13其实在上个月的Framework Next Level活动上就已出现，Framework透露会有英特尔第13代酷睿和AMD Ryzen 7040系列的版本。随着AMD宣布推出面向超薄和低功耗设备的Ryzen 7040U系列APU，Framework也随之公开了相关的细节，成为Framework Laptop 13模块化设计的完美选择。
这次新款Framework Laptop 13可选Ryzen 7 7840U和Ryzen 5 7640U，前者为8核心16线程，后者为6核心12线程。为了能够让笔记本电脑能够在28W负载下连续运行，Framework提供了一个全新的散热解决方案，用户也可以切换到更环保、高效的15W模式。
此外，Framework Laptop 13厚度为15.85mm，重量约为1.3kg，配备了13.5英寸的屏幕，显示比例为3:2，分辨率为2256 x 1504，sRGB色域为100%，亮度为400尼特。其机身有四个接口扩展位，可以提供两个功能齐全的USB4接口，用户还能为设备配置USB 3.2等接口。
新款Framework Laptop 13已开始接受预订，DIY版本的起售价格为849美元（约合人民币5868.37元），预装Windows操作系统版本的起售价格为1049美元（约合人民币7250.78元），计划在今年第三季度批量发货。
