Hey all! Michael here, builder at Spryngtime.

While we were building our previous company (still running), one of the biggest pain points we ran into was answering customer support & developer onboarding tickets. That easily took up 20-30% of our time.

And while we love interacting with customers, we realized a good amount of the questions were already answered if they had just read our docs! Many of our responses were just "Yes we can do X, here's a link to our docs" or "Sorry, you're running into this issue, have you tried this? {Insert link to docs}"

So to solve that, we built a chat bot that's trained on your public knowledge (docs, FAQs, etc) and internal knowledge (Slack, email, Intercom, etc) to properly answer customer support & onboarding questions.

In our initial testing, we've seen up 70% of all questions being handled by a bot!

1. We have very strict data privacy. For enterprises, we’re even happy to sign an MSA (working on BAA for healthcare companies). We segregate data and encrypt it. The only people who have access are businesses and engineers who may need it for debugging purposes.

2. Not yet but great next feature!

3. If it’s all public facing/external docs, usually within 2 min! Try out our demo and see for yourself! Internal/non-public knowledge takes a little more time to ingest depending on the structure.
