为什么把 flask 应用放到 docker 中就不会 689 非法阻断了？

（本人非程序员，菜鸟一个） 5.1 假期没事折腾 flask 玩，我先将一个域名（腾讯云买的.asia 玉米）解析到我的服务器上（华为云买的，在广州），如果我直接执行 flask run ，去访问域名直接 689 非法阻断，但是如果放到 docker 中，就可以恢复正常访问，昨天到现在一直可以访问。这是为什么啊？试过换浏览器，隐私模式去访问也都还可以访问。
