5月2日消息，由于和Xbox One共用一套UI，微软的Xbox Series X|S主机常被吐槽“看上去不像次时代”。
现在，
微软开始为Xbox Seires X|S的开发者测试版系统推送新的UI界面，在更加美观的同时，解决了现有UI的诸多问题。
在布局上，新版UI通过将图标缩小并移至屏幕下半部分的方式，让背景更为明显，解决了此前被广泛吐槽的“UI挡住主题”的问题。
同时， 新版UI将游戏库、微软商店、Xbox Game Pass、设置等功能性软件统一放置在了主页顶部 ，有效解决了此前游戏和软件图标混杂显示的问题。
