apple id 用的是 163 的邮箱注册的，163 的邮箱太久没用，居然不给登录了，发了各种身份证认证，就是不给找回。
apple id 和密码都记得，一直在用。
能不能更换 apple id 的邮箱啊，但是想保留 apple id 里的所有内容

在 iPhone 、iPad 或 iPod touch 上更换 Apple ID 邮箱
打开 "设置" 应用程序，并点击您的 Apple ID 头像。
选择 "名称、电话号码、电子邮件"。
点击 "编辑" 按钮。
点击 "添加电子邮件地址"，输入您想要使用的新邮箱地址，并点击 "下一步"。
输入您的 Apple ID 密码，并点击 "下一步"。
在新的邮箱地址中验证您的电子邮件地址。
打开 "设置" 应用程序，并点击您的 Apple ID 头像。
选择 "名称、电话号码、电子邮件"。
点击 "编辑" 按钮。
点击 "添加电子邮件地址"，输入您想要使用的新邮箱地址，并点击 "下一步"。
输入您的 Apple ID 密码，并点击 "下一步"。
在新的邮箱地址中验证您的电子邮件地址。
