Support is great. Feedback is even better.

Hey everyone! This is my first (hopefully of many) Product Hunt launch!

I decided to create FlexGPT after getting tired of ChatGPT's missing features. It didn't know about obscure concepts and its cutoff date limited its use.

I've made it as cheap as possible - GPT 3.5 is even free (please don't use it to write a book 😅). And, no subscriptions, because we've all got too many of those. Pay for what you use.

It has internet access through a web search, as well as fast long-term memory. You can save texts, documents, conversations, or even entire web pages. Both add very minimal latency!

I started building this on Monday, launched 5 days later! Please let me know if you have any feedback or other feature suggestions, so I can continue developing the app!

really cool and works great . the memory feature is really solid . already I have become a paid costumer .

my suggestion is add ability to see the elements in the memory by clicking on them so we can edit them . because with time they will become not clear .

and if the project is open source drop the link for its git repo I would love to contribute to it and fix some bugs in the UI.

@mhd_fettah

Hey Fettah! Thanks so much for your feedback. Completely agree on the memory items. I'd like to add search within that table as well as bulk operations and categorisation. Keep an eye out for this next week.

Re. code formatting - yes, it would be great to have an embedded box for code elements. I'm exploring this first.

Could you clarify what you mean by 'the formatting goes to the most of the points in the chat'?

@georgecollier there is many extra points for formating - lists . - titles - text in general - font.

check the other GPT ui tools they added many extra feature over the original but they don't have the memory thing . you have the memory thing but the formatting need some good work .

also the side panel . the icons for edit and delete could be hidden and only show on hover . swithcing GPT mode the list apear white (on firefox)

some more points . - the code is not formatted like we have in original GPT . - the formatting goes to the most of the points in the chat . - also the font and style its much better with original . -
@mhd_fettah thanks! I'll add it to the to-do list. Thanks for supporting and for your helpful feedback!

Exciting news! Congratulations on the launch! 🎉 I understand firsthand how much effort and commitment is required to launch a successful project. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on this remarkable achievement. Your dedication and passion are truly motivating.

In the spirit of new beginnings, I encourage you to take a look at the launch of my latest project today. Visit my profile to get more information and discover how it can greatly assist you. Let's keep supporting each other's journey towards success!

This is great, was hoping ChatGPT would come out with internet access soon. I’ll definitely be trying this! Would love to be able utilize some of the functionalities you implemented for future projects myself.
