微软近日面向 Outlook for Microsoft 365 用户，修复了 Outlook 桌面客户端无法访问组邮箱和日历的问题。
问题 Outlook 版本包括 2023 年 3 月 28 日发布至 Current Channel 的版本，以及 Outlook 桌面 Version 2304 Build 16327.20214。
IT之家附问题如下：
- 无法添加或者访问群组邮箱
- 无法添加或访问组日历
- 无法添加、删除或编辑群组成员
- 无法将电子邮件或项目标记为已读
- 无法标记、归档或移动邮件或项目到其他文件夹
微软公司在 Microsoft 365 管理中心的 EX540503 下描述了导致该问题的原因：“最近的标准服务更新无意中包含身份验证代码回归，导致某些用户无法在 Outlook 桌面客户端中访问或执行各种 Microsoft 365 组操作”。
受影响的 Outlook 用户可以访问“文件”>“Office 帐户”>“更新选项”，然后单击“立即更新”进行部署。
