这几年，国产CPU处理器百花齐放，主要是x86架构的海光、兆芯，Arm架构的鲲鹏、飞腾，SW架构的申威，LoongArch架构的龙芯这六大主力。
但无论是什么CPU，最终都要依靠特定的半导体工艺制造出来，一旦被限制，就会陷入困境。
比如说飞腾，早就规划了面向服务器领域的腾云S5000，原计划使用7nm制造工艺，2022年发布，结果遭到制裁，无法推进。
2020年，飞腾发布了腾云S2500，16mm工艺，FTC663自研内核，64核心，2.0-2.2GHz频率，64MB三级缓存，八通道DDR4-3200内存，八路PCIe 3.0，支持双路/四路/八路并行。
