IT之家 4 月 27 日消息，根据 BusinessKorea 最新报道，三星 Galaxy Z 系列可折叠手机存在铰链问题，但并未正确告知用户，将问题产生的成本转嫁给消费者。
三星 Galaxy Z 系列可折叠手机正常情况下需要完全展开到 180 度使用，但由于铰链设计问题有时候无法完全展开。如果持续出现该问题，会导致屏幕折叠区域出现黑线。
三星电子公司并未正确告知消费者这个问题。IT之家援引 BusinessKorea 报道，消费者可前往服务中心，在确认手机未受到任何外力冲击后，可获得免费维修。
问题是如果手机外观有掉落或者划伤痕迹，即便导致故障的原因是铰链本身问题，也无法从在服务中心获得免费维修服务。
