本田表示，针对半导体持续短缺的问题，公司通过短期和中长期两个方面采取措施，尽快将产品交付给客户。其中，在短期措施上，除了进一步加强与供应商的关系外，本田还进行了关键零部件的双重采购和替代零部件的开发。在中长期措施方面，在加强风险感知措施的同时，本田一直在与半导体制造商建立合作关系和加强合作，包括与台积电的战略合作，本田努力确保半导体的稳定采购。
