[吐个槽] 建筑工地施工时间是每天 6:00-23:00，真的是变态

而且不分工作日，距离自家只有 10m ，自从旁边开始施工盖楼之后，我就把闹钟关了，对浅睡眠的人真的是物穿暴击，制定这个时间表的人脑子真的是一言难尽，还碰到了三四次施工方说有申请的通宵施工，或许可能像我这样的一些人就是那些“代价”吧。
顺手查了一下国外：纽约市对于不同形式的噪音都做了具体限定，例如：建筑施工只可在工作日早 7 点至晚 6 点间进行。
