@adetokunbo_abiola It can also be used to create funnels to create appointments/bookings. Other use-cases include: Internal knowledgebases for companies: Streamlining processes where a key person is asked the same question over and over again by newhires - they can ask these questions to a chatbot trained on guidelines, policies and such. Helps with students' coursework as well.
