How to import 3rd party benefit enrolment files automatically in EC Global benefits?

Hi All,
We are trying to build an inbound integration for EC global benefits to load benefit pension contribution details from a 3rd party vendor. We couldn't find any standard API to support "upsert" operation. is there any other automated way to import 3rd party files other than manual file import? Please advise.
