据财联社 4 月 23 日报道，企查查显示，近日，北京小米机器人技术有限公司成立，法定代表人为曾学忠，注册资本 5000 万元人民币，经营范围包含：智能机器人的研发；人工智能行业应用系统集成服务；人工智能基础资源与技术平台；微特电机及组件制造等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由小米通讯技术有限公司间接全资控股。
