求问！海淀知春路工作，哪里租房比较好呢

目前公司在海淀知春路地铁站附近，也在附近住，通勤时间 5 分钟。 但是海淀的房租太贵了，4000 租不到一个 15m+的主卧
目前是想在地铁站附近找，大概是 13 号线和昌平线。
朱辛庄附近怎么样呢，3000 就能找到一个带独卫、洗衣机的主卧，而且面积还挺大，5 户合租。
我不清楚还有什么其他地方可以租到一个好的房子，回龙观？但是貌似通勤时间比朱辛庄还长，大家能帮忙推荐几个租房的地方不，希望是坐地铁可以到知春路，通勤时间不超过 1 小时
目前比较担心的是：
- 通勤时间由原来的 5 分钟变成了 45 分钟，大家觉得这个通勤时间可以接受吗？
- 5 户合租体验咋样？大家不知道有体验过不，我觉得有独卫还行
