Customer engagement specialist Khoros has appointed Travis Mason to the role of vice president and ANZ country manager.
"I am excited to bring Travis on during this pivotal time in our company and the region," said Khoros CEO Chris Tranquill.
"His expertise and breadth of experience with Khoros as a customer and now a leader is critical for fostering operational excellence and advancing Khoros' industry-leading AI-powered platform for today's digital-first CX world."
Mason joins Khoros from NAB, where he worked as head of conversational banking.
He previously worked as a contract lecturer in data analysis and predictive analytics at Swinburne University of Technology, COVID programs state lead at the Australian Red Cross, director of professional services at Nuance Communications, customer experience practice manager at Dimension Data, and senior communications and networking project manager at NBN Co.
Earlier in his career Mason was commercial program manager at Australian Air Express, general manager of sales and marketing at Salmat, managing director of Merge Consulting, communications analyst at Goldman Sachs JBWere, and systems engineer at Telesell Marketing.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from La Trobe University and a graduate certificate in teaching and learning from Swinburne University of Technology.
