I also talk with him on telegram and he have a upper attitude. IDK what do to.. I dont wanna get scammed.

Is there a way to root the phone without the unlock of the bootloade . silly question I know ? but is 2023 maybe there is a new method

Believe me, he is honest and he unlocked the bootloader for my Huawei Y9 2019 in about 15 minutes and he will ask you to pay via Paypal (to guarantee your right if you are not satisfied with the service he provided to you). Unfortunately, it is not possible to root Android or install custom ROMs without unlocking the bootloader. However, there is only one way to unlock the bootloader for free by NV Potato, but you need to have knowledge about enabling test point in Huawei devices, the process of enabling test point is very risky and any small error may lead to physical damage to your phone (Motherboard damage).
