据 TechCrunch 报道，生成式人工智能艺术工具 Stable Diffusion 背后的创业公司 Stability AI 今日开源了一套文本生成人工智能模型，旨在与 OpenAI 的 GPT-4 等系统正面交锋。
该模型被称为 StableLM，并在 GitHub 和 Hugging Face（一个托管人工智能模型和代码的平台）上提供“alpha”版本。Stability AI 表示，这些模型可以生成代码和文本，并“展示了小而有效的模型如何通过适当的训练提供高性能。”据悉，这些模型是在一个名为 The Pile 的数据集上训练的，该数据集混合了从 PubMed、StackExchange 和 Wikipedia 等网站上搜罗的文本样本。但 Stability AI 声称它创建了一个定制的训练集，将标准 Pile 的规模扩大了 3 倍。
