怎么判断运营商安装的宽带是不是真的 200M？

最近换了一个房子，新装了一个宽带，电信 200M 的。用测速网测速下载能达到 90M 左右。 而原来以前的房子的宽带，也是电信的，由于是房东提供的不知道是多少 M 的，只用测速网测过，大概能达到 10-20M 的下载速度。 奇怪的是，为什么以前的宽带从数据上来看远不如 200M 的，为什么现在这个 200M 的宽带，看 1080P 的视频都卡(不稳定)？而以前的 20M 宽带却很流畅，我有点搞不懂了。 V 友给我解答。
